These outdoor decal sticker are green flourescent silkprint on white PVC, it is UV resistant and waterproof, and it is used on car for advertising.
These decal stickers are customized, it is die cut. Sure other shape such as rectangle, round, oval, any die cut shape could be customized too. There are permanent strong adhesive decal stickers, removable adhesive ones, and static cling ones(whitout adhesive). The removable adhesive decal stickers are usually used on vehicles while the static cling decal stickers are applied on glass and windows.
Outdoor UV resistant advertising decal stickers are not UV printing, not lamination, not varnishing, but silk screen printing with UV resistant material and ink. The color could last 1-10years depends on the color, deisgn, and application environment.
